PREAMBLE
We, the International Friendship Association (IFA), inspired by the ideals of peace, mutual understanding, and cooperation, hereby establish a global platform for strengthening friendship among peoples and nations through sports, culture, science, and education. By adopting this Declaration, we emphasize our commitment to the ideals of humanism, equality, and mutual respect, and our decision to act independently of political interests, maintaining the neutrality and independence of our movement.
MISSION
To promote international friendship and understanding among peoples, to foster peace and cooperation through cultural, scientific, sports, and educational exchanges, while remaining outside of political interests and conflicts, upholding principles of neutrality and universal respect.
OBJECTIVES
1. Non-Political and Neutral: Ensure that all IFA initiatives and activities are conducted without any political bias and serve solely to strengthen international relations based on friendship and mutual understanding.
2. Inclusivity and Accessibility: Provide equal opportunities for participation in IFA programs and initiatives to all interested parties, regardless of their political, religious, or other beliefs.
3. Promoting Peace through Culture and Sports: Use cultural and sporting events as means to bring peoples and countries closer together, promoting peace and friendship on a global level.
4. Scientific and Educational Cooperation: Stimulate scientific exchange and the development of educational programs that promote intercultural dialogue and understanding, while remaining beyond political discussions.
5. Support for Youth and Athletes: Provide support and resources for the development and professional growth of young people and athletes, regardless of their nationality or political affiliation.
